Join us for a fun night of soap making with Angela owner of Alegna Soap!
Using the cold process technique, each participant will make 22 ounces of soap (about 5 four ounce bars).You will customize your soap by choosing the scent, pigment, botanicals!
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19TH FROM 6-8PM
All materials are included in the ticket price and no prior experience is needed.
Angela Carillo is a licensed and certified Medical Technologist who started making soap as a hobby in 1999. In 2010, she started her company, Alegna Soap. A member of the Handcrafted Soap & Cosmetic Guild and Indie Business, Angela has spoken at soap conferences around the country. She teaches soap making classes in NYC, on Long Island, and has traveled to Haiti to teach for the Lovin' Soap Project.
As always any shop purchase made during a ticketed event is 10% off.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USE OF THE CHEMICAL LYE WILL BE USED DURING THIS WORKSHOP. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH SAFETY GOOGLES AND GLOVES. THERE WILL BE NO LYE PRESENT IN YOUR SOAP ONCE COMPLETED.
FOOD AND DRINK WILL NOT BE PERMITTED DURING THIS WORKSHOP.
