Sourdough Workshop 11/7

This workshop will take place Friday, November 7th from 6-8pm!

Each student will get a hands-on experience learning every step of the sourdough-making process, including feeding the starter, mixing their dough, performing stretch-and-folds, shaping, and scoring.

Each participant will take home:

• • A jar of sourdough starter
  • A mixing bowl with the dough you make during class, which you will bake at home the next day
  • An additional loaf of bread that is ready to back asap
  • A printed sourdough guide with step-by-step instructions 
  • A straight edge razor for scoring their dough

During the workshop, we’ll also enjoy a taste test with bread and butter, featuring the same bread recipe you'll be learning in class!
